Manama : His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today sent a cable of condolences to the President of the Russian Federation, His Excellency Vladimir Putin, following an attack which took place in a concert hall on the outskirts of Moscow, which left casualties. His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister sent a similar cable to the Prime Minister of Russia, His Excellency Mikhail Mishustin.
