Philadelphia : A medevac plane carrying six people, including a child, crashed in Philadelphia, with no confirmed survivors.
Jet Rescue Air Ambulance reported that the aircraft was carrying four crew members, a pediatric patient, and the child’s guardian. The company indicated that it has yet to confirm any survivors.
Local officials stated that the crash occurred in a densely populated area, and the number of casualties remains unverified.
The incident follows a mid-air collision last week between an American Airlines jet and a U.S. Army Black Hawk helicopter over Washington, D.C., which resulted in 67 fatalities, marking the deadliest U.S. air disaster since 2009.
