Manama : The Bahrain National Football Team has achieved a remarkable sporting feat by claiming all the individual awards at the 26th Arabian Gulf Cup, “Khaleeji Zain 26” held in the State of Kuwait.
This achievement followed the team’s victory in the final, defeating Oman 2-1 at Jaber Al Ahmad International Stadium.
Player Mohamed Marhoon, won the award for Best Player and Top Scorer, while goalkeeper Ibrahim Lutfalllah was named Best Goalkeeper.
It highlighted Bahrain’s dominance on the pitch, with the team controlling the game to secure a well-deserved win, who not only claimed their second-ever Gulf Cup title but also secured all the individual honors.
