Kabul : Severe flooding caused by thunderstorms in parts of Afghanistan has left 17 people dead and 26 injured, causing widespread damage to property and infrastructure. Manama :  The Supreme Council for Environment (SCE) has announced lifting a fishing ban on spangled Emperor (Shaari), rabbitfish (Safi) and seabream (Andag), from April 1 to May 31, according to Edict (2) of 2024.
