Kinshasa : The World Health Organization (WHO) warned that the actual scale of the Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) could be between two and four times larger than the number of officially confirmed cases due to continued community transmission. ‏New York : The United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) has agreed on new recommendations amending the United Nations Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration to address the enforcement and use of electronic arbitration awards and related notices. Kuwait : The General Staff of the Kuwait Army announced on Thursday morning that Kuwait’s air defence systems had been engaged by hostile drones and missiles. In a statement, the Kuwaiti General Staff said the blasts, heard in some parts of the country, resulted from midair interceptions.
