Manama :On behalf of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today participated in a meeting held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The meeting was also attended by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President of the United Arab Emirates, His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Amir of the State of Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, the Amir of the State of Qatar, His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein, the King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and His Excellency Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
During the meeting, which was held at the invitation of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, consultations and exchange of views on various regional and international issues were discussed, particularly the joint efforts in support of the Palestinian cause, and developments in the Gaza Strip.
The leaders who attended the meeting welcomed the holding of an emergency Arab summit, which is scheduled to be held in Cairo on 4 March 2025.
