Commenting, Maha Mofeez, Chief Executive of the Tamkeen highlighted that Tamkeen’s commitment to supporting the development and growth of the healthcare sector in the Kingdom is due to its importance in the national economy as well as its ability to provide quality job opportunities for the Bahraini talent which is in alignment with the national priorities outlined in the government programme and the economic recovery plan.
She added: “in addition to the noble humanitarian mission adopted by healthcare enterprises in the Kingdom, they also actively contribute to enhancing a number of other sectors such as medical tourism and wellness stays, thus reflecting positively on the national economy.”
