Manama :  This week’s BD 70 million issue of Government Treasury Bills has been oversubscribed by 111%. The bills, carrying maturity of 91 days, are issued by the CBB, on behalf of the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The issue date of the bills is April 17 and the maturity date is July 17. The weighted average rate of interest is 5.95% compared to 5.94% of the previous issue on April 3. Amman : The Jordanian Civil Aviation Regulatory Authority (CARC) has announced that Jordanian airspace will be temporarily closed to all incoming, departing and transiting aircraft starting at 20:00 UTC. The decision comes to preserve the safety and security of civil aviation in Jordanian airspace in light of the escalation of surrounding risks in the region and after assessing the risks following internationally followed standards. Rabat : Aziz Akhannouch, Prime Minister of Morocco, held talks in Marrakech on Friday with his Hungarian counterpart, Viktor Orban, who is visiting the Kingdom.
