Manama : Shaikh Daij bin Salman bin Daij Al Khalifa, President of the Civil Service Bureau (CSB), has issued Decision (1) of 2024, amending the Civil Service Performance Management System (Ada’a). Under this decision, the performance reward for the ideal employee has been increased to BD 3,000.
