Manama : The Bureau of the Council of representatives has affirmed parliamentary support for continuing constructive cooperation with the government to adopt qualitative initiatives that contribute to consolidating the kingdom’s comprehensive development process, especially regarding housing projects and services, to achieve the aspirations of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
The panel extended sincere appreciation and gratitude to His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for attending the inauguration of the East Sitra housing project, held under HRH’s patronage, reflecting constant interest in providing housing services to the citizens, according to the best standards, as well as in meeting the needs of Bahraini families.
On the 27th anniversary of the National Guard, the Representatives Council’s Bureau, which convened here today under the chairmanship of Speaker Ahmed bin Salman Al Musallam, praised the constant care of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Prime Minister, for the National Guard.
The Bureau lauded the efforts of the National Guard Commander, General His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, and all its affiliates, praising the National Guard’s pivotal role and major contributions to safeguarding national security and stability, as well as in consolidating the pillars of the comprehensive development process in the kingdom.
The panel also discussed a number of parliamentary topics, and approved the agenda of the Representatives Council’s upcoming meetings.
