Manama : His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today issued Edict (16) of 2026 appointing a director at the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, based on a proposal by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority.
Article (I)
Shaikh Khalifa bin Duaij bin Khalifa Al Khalifa shall be appointed Director of the Real Estate Operations Directorate at the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, succeeding Mehnaz Ghuloom Mohammed Abulqasim.
Article (II)
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority shall implement the provisions of this Edict, which shall take effect from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
