Manama : His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today issued Edict (54) of 2024, appointing directors at the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs, and Waqf, based on a proposal by the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs, and Waqf.
The edict stipulates the following:
Article (I)
The following shall be appointed at the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs, and Waqf:
1. Mohamed Jamal Mohamed Sultan, Director of Legislative Affairs and International Cooperation Directorate
2. Abdulla Ibrahim Abdulla Hassan, Director of Courts Directorate
3. Noora Khalid Ibrahim Al Fadhalah, Director of Family Reconciliation and Alimony Directorate
Article (II)
The Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs, and Waqf shall implement the provisions of this edict, which takes effect from the date of its issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
