Bahrain : The GCC Justice Ministries Undersecretaries have today held their 23rd meeting remotely via video conference.
Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments Ministry Undersecretary Judge Isa Sami Al Mannai chaired the virtual session.
In his opening speech, he commended the efforts exerted by the committees and the GCC General Secretariat despite the challenges facing the world.
He said that the remote session reviewed an agreement to extradite accused and convicted persons between GCC countries and discussed a report of the meetings of the Committee of Officials of International Cooperation and International Relations Departments in the Ministries of Justice.
The delegations also discussed the work undertaken by the Committee of Directors and Heads of Training, Legal and Judicial Centers and Institutes in the GCC States, in addition to other key issues.
