Abu Dhabi : United Arab Emirates (UAE) President HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has issued a federal law establishing the National Human Rights Institution (NHRI). As per article 2 of the law, the National Human Rights institution will be established and headquartered in Abu Dhabi. The NHRI may open additional branches and establish offices in other emirates.
