Manama : The Social Insurance Organisation SIO announced that it has begun applying Article 12 of the Unified Insurance Protection System for GCC citizens working outside their home countries. This ensures continued insurance coverage under Law (68) of 2006. Employers must review their insurance status, settle any dues, and pay on time to avoid penalties, especially in Bahrain’s private sector.
