Manama : His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today met with the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad affirmed the strength of the longstanding Bahrain-UAE relationship which continues to receive the support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the President of the United Arab Emirates, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
His Royal Highness highlighted the joint cooperation between the two countries, noting the Kingdom of Bahrain’s commitment to strengthen the bilateral partnership and achieve common aspirations.
HH Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed conveyed the greetings of the President of the UAE, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, to His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and their sincere wishes to the Kingdom of Bahrain and its people for continued progress and prosperity.
His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister conveyed his greetings to HH Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed and HH Sheikh Mohamed bin Rashid and expressed his wishes of further progress and prosperity for the people of the UAE.
His Royal Highness commended the achievements made by the UAE under the leadership of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister highlighted the UAE’s global initiatives that support humanitarian interests and consolidate the values of coexistence, tolerance, and cooperation among various peoples.
His Royal Highness commended the efforts of His Highness the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi in enhancing the growth and development that UAE has witnessed across various sectors.
During the meeting, the latest regional and global developments and issues of common interest were discussed.
For his part, HH Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed expressed his gratitude for His Royal Highness’ warm reception and commitment to strengthening cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates, wishing the Kingdom continued progress and prosperity under the leadership of His Majesty the King.
