Manama : His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today issued Edict (55) of 2023, issuing the general framework for reviewing the performance of higher education institutions, based on a proposal by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Education and Training Quality Authority (BQA), following the approval of the Cabinet.
The edict stipulated the following:
Article (1)
The general framework for reviewing the performance of higher education institutions (institutional reviews), attached to this edict, shall be implemented.
Article (2)
The general framework for reviewing the performance of higher education institutions issued by Edict (38) of 2015 is repealed.
Article (3)
The edict and the accompanying general framework shall come into effect on the day following its publication in the Official Gazette.
