Oman has registered 9 deaths and 1,124 new cases of coronavirus, most of the new cases are from citizens by 862 and the rest 262 from foreigners, taking the total cases to 41,194.
The death toll reached 185 after reporting the new deaths. Most of the dead are elderly people.
Meanwhile, 737 new recoveries were announced, bringing the total to 24,162.
3,533 tests were conducted in the past 24 hours, across the sultanate.
