The Laboratory tests conducted every day have revealed a rise in the number of contacts of active cases in Bahrain.
“The R-naught (RO) has shown the average number of people who are likely to get the virus from an active case. According to the RO of the citizens and expatriates as of the 13th May up to the 9th June, Bahrain currently has the RO of around 1.52,” said Dr. Waleed Khalifa Al Manea, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health.
“In terms of the residents, the RO is 1.83 and for the citizens, the RO is 1.35,” he highlighted.
