Abu Dhabi : His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, and President João Manuel Lourenço of Angola held a telephone call to discuss relations and means to strengthen cooperation between the two countries.
The two leaders reviewed key areas of shared interest and addressed regional and international developments. They emphasised their commitment to advancing UAE-African cooperation, particularly in developmental and economic sectors, to promote stability and sustainable economic growth.
His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed reiterated the UAE’s keenness to continue expanding development partnerships with African nations, in line with the country’s longstanding approach to fostering effective and constructive collaborations that serve shared progress and prosperity.
