Manama: A partial lunar eclipse was seen over Bahrain’s sky last night which started from 11:01 pm and continued until the wee early hours of Wednesday, July 17.This celestial event coincided with the fully-fledged moon of Dhul-Qa’dah 1440H.Such natural phenomenon occurs as the earth obstructs the sunlight off the moon surface when the sun, earth and moon become aligned.
