Manama : The Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA) announced the launch of its new official Channel on WhatsApp platform, as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance public awareness on government eservices, and provide subscribers with the latest and timely updates.
The launch of the channel comes within iGA’s commitment to support digital transformation and strengthen effective communication with the public through the multiple digital channel’s frameworks. The initiative aims to increase engagement, improve access to information, and keep users informed of the latest developments in government services.
To join iGA’s Channel on WhatsApp, individuals may scan the QR code available on iGA’s official social media accounts (@igabahrain) and websites.
The iGA calls the citizens and residents to subscribe to the new channel to always remain updated, as well as benefiting from its other digital platforms, including the Kingdom of Bahrain’s National Portal (bahrain.bh), and the MyGov app available through bahrain.bh/apps.
