At least 10 people were killed, including two children, and more than 30 injured after a bus collided with a lorry on a motorway in India’s western Maharashtra state on Friday. The bus was travelling from Mumbai to Shirdi — a small temple town famous for the shrine of Sai Baba, a spiritual master revered as a saint by millions across religious faiths. Police said the bus, with about 50 passengers on board, collided head-on with the lorry at 5.30am. Beijing :  China successfully sent a new satellite into space from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in southwest China’s Sichuan Province on Friday. The APSTAR-6E telecommunication satellite was launched by a Long March-2C carrier rocket at 2:10 a.m. (Beijing Time) and entered its planned orbit successfully. The satellite is mainly used to provide high-throughput communication services for the Southeast Asia region. The launch was the 460th flight mission of the Long March carrier rocket series.
