Afghan: Kabul-Delhi Air India flight (AI-244) — which landed in the war-torn country on Sunday to evacuate stranded Indians — landed in Delhi around 7.45pm. The flight left Kabul with around 129 passengers. According to reports, the aircraft apparently hovered for an hour before it could get the clearance to land. Ukrainian : The mayor of the Ukrainian city of Kryvyi Rih, who was a member of a pro-Russian opposition political party, was found dead in his house with a gunshot wound on Sunday. Kabul : Afghan President Ashraf Ghani said on Sunday he left the country in order to avoid bloodshed, as the Taliban entered the presidential palace in Kabul.
