Kuwait : A 3.1-magnitude earthquake occurred north east of Kuwait, said the Kuwait National Seismic Network (KNSN) on Saturday. In a statement, KNSN said that the quake happened at 3:18 a.m. local-time in Kuwait at a depth of seven kilometers. Top general Frank McKenzie admits US had made a “mistake” when it launched a drone strike against suspected Daesh militants in Afghan capital Kabul on August 29, confirming it killed 10 civilians instead.
