Kuwait : His Highness Amir Sheikh Meshal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah of Kuwait sent a letter to French President Emmanuel Macron on bilateral relations and regional developments. According to the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Minister Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al Ahmad Al Sabah delivered the letter to Jean-Noel Barrot, French Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, during a meeting held in Paris as part of his official visit to France.
