Kuwait : The Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy in Kuwait announced that two power and water distillation plants were targeted by a malicious Iranian drone attack on Sunday early morning. The attack resulted in significant material damage and the shutdown of two power generating units, but no reported casualties, the Ministry Spokesperson Fatima Jawhar Hayat said in a press release. Manama : The General Command of the Bahrain Defence Force announced that through the unwavering vigilance of its personnel, the BDF’s air defence systems continue to successfully counter successive waves of the hostile terrorist Iranian aggression. Since the onset of hostilities, air defences have intercepted and destroyed 188 ballistic missiles and 453 drones targeting the Kingdom of Bahrain. Abu Dhabi : The Ministry of Defence of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) announced that air defence systems intercepted 23 ballistic missiles and 56 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) launched from Iran. Since the start of the Iranian attacks, UAE air defences have intercepted 498 ballistic missiles, 23 cruise missiles, and 2,141 UAVs.
Geneva : Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director-General of the World Health Organisation (WHO), deplored attacks targeting water desalination facilities in the State of Kuwait, warning of potential consequences for public health and essential services.
