London: Brigadier Ali Mohammed Al Kubaisi, Director General of the General Directorate of Civil Defence, led the Kingdom of Bahrain’s delegation to the World Fire Congress held in the United Kingdom.
The congress discussed means to enhance cooperation and coordination in fire prevention and firefighting, exchange expertise and benefit from advanced practices, as well as key developments and challenges related to protection, prevention and safety.
Several initiatives were also launched to develop firefighters’ capabilities and skills and enhance their preparedness, supporting civil defence operations and emergency response.
