Manama : The Labour Fund “Tamkeen” announced the extension of the registration period for the “Musanada” programme until September 30, to give a greater number of institutions affected by the Iranian aggression the opportunity to benefit from the support, helping them sustain their operations, accelerate their recovery, and preserve the national workforce employed within them.
The extension period includes all three tracks, which include the ‘Directly affected Business Support’ track, the ‘Operational Expenses Support’ track, and the ‘Financing Profit Support’ track. In addition, Tamkeen has increased the support period under the programme’s second track from three months to six months, in order to strengthen the ability of beneficiary institutions to continue their operations and retain their workforce.
The programme aims to support Bahraini institutions affected by the Iranian aggression and to help them overcome the challenges they currently face, through a range of support tracks designed to ease operational burdens and strengthen business continuity.
Tamkeen continues to invite all institutions that meet the programme’s criteria and requirements to take advantage of the extension period and submit their applications through Tamkeen’s official website. Institutions may also contact Tamkeen through its various communication channels to obtain further information and support in completing the application process.
The economic sectors supported under the “Musanada” programme’s second track, “Operational Expenses Support,” and third track, “Financing Profit Support,” include the transportation and storage sector, the manufacturing sector, the tourism sector, accommodation and food service activities, trade activities and repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles, professional, scientific and technical activities, administrative and support service activities, game centre activities within the arts, entertainment and recreation sector, and kindergarten and nursery activities within the education sector.
