Manama : His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Bahrain Economic Development Board (EDB), today issued Edict (1) of 2025 regarding the reformation of the Board of Directors of Bahrain Bourse B.S.C.
Article (I)
The Board of Directors of Bahrain Bourse B.S.C. (Closed) shall be reformed as follows:
1. Yousif Abdullah Al Yousif
2. Yousif Abdullah Ali Reza
3. Nabeel Saleh Abdulaal
4. Raed Abdulla Fakhro
5. Eman Jawad Al Asfoor
6. Habeeb Jawad Habeeb
7. Fatema Hamad Abul
8. Abdulla Abdulrazzaq Bukhowa
9. Aisha Mohammed Abdulmalik
Article (II)
The term of membership shall be three years, starting from the date of issuance of this edict.
Article (III)
This edict shall take effect from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
