Manama : Noor bint Ali Alkhulaif, Minister of Sustainable Development and Chief Executive of the Bahrain Economic Development Board (Bahrain EDB), received Simon Martin, Chargé d’Affaires of the United Kingdom’s Embassy in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Noor bint Ali emphasised the strong relations between Bahrain and the UK, based on close economic and investment ties. She also highlighted the progress in bilateral cooperation through stronger ties and the creation of investment and partnership opportunities across various sectors, supported by the UK-GCC Free Trade Agreement.
She also discussed with the UK Chargé d’Affaires the future opportunities offered by the Kingdom’s competitive business environment, strategic location, flexible regulatory framework and highly skilled workforce, which support future cooperation and create new opportunities for investment partnerships between Bahrain and the UK.
