Mina : The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque deployed 21 service centres to provide humanitarian, logistical, and multilingual support services for pilgrims during the 1447 AH Hajj season.
The network includes two main centres and 19 sub-centres operating around the clock to support elderly pilgrims and people with disabilities, in addition to managing lost items and assisting separated families and children.
The centres also provide luggage storage services, rapid communication channels, and QR code-based location services aimed at improving crowd management and facilitating access to service points.
