Manama : The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) has announced the end of the registration period for the upcoming 12th edition of the Prime Minister’s Fellowship Program.
The programme aims to invest in the national workforce, develop their skills, and strengthen their expertise, in line with the vision and directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
The programme also contributes to enhancing government performance and supports the Kingdom’s continued comprehensive development.
Registration for the 12th edition opened from Wednesday, 1 July 2026 to Saturday, 1 August 2026, and received a strong response in applications from employees across various government agencies, where it has witnessed approximately 2000 applicants.
All applicants for the programme are subject to a rigorous evaluation process that includes application reviews, interviews, and aptitude tests in preparation for the final selection.
Since its launch in 2015, the Prime Minister’s Fellowship Program has played a key role in developing the capabilities of the national workforce across the public sector. Successful Fellows gain invaluable experience as well as insight into the latest knowledge and international best practices in leadership, management, and decision-making, while proactively contributing to the implementation of government programmes and initiatives.
