Manama : Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Juma, Education Minister, has announced that the Ministry of Education has reviewed Ramadan school timings at government schools, ensuring that there is sufficient time difference between the students’ departure times at each academic stage.
Accordingly, the Ramadan school timings have been re-scheduled as follows:
First: Primary schools: 08:00 am-12:10 pm.
Second: Intermediate schools: 08:00 am-12:55 pm.
Third: Secondary schools: 08:00 am-01:25 pm.
The Minister of Education indicated that the new school timings will be effective at all government schools as of Thursday, March 14, adding that regular timings will be resumed after the end of the holy month of Ramadan.
