Public Security Chief receives US Coast Guard Commandant

Manama: Public Security Chief Lieutenant-General Tariq bin Hassan Al Hassan received today US Coast Guard Commandant Admiral Karl L. Schultz. Admiral Karl L. Schultz. In attendance were US Embassy Charge d’ Affaires Magaret Nardi, Coast Guard Commander Rear Admiral Ala’a Abdulla Siadi and Assistant Public Security Chief for Operations and Training Brigadier Dr. Shaikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Khalifa. Lt.Gen. Al Hassan welcomed the delegation, commending strong bilateral relations and security cooperation. He thanked the US Administration, represented by the American Coastguards, for its continued support and cooperation. The two sides discussed joint drills, training and competence building.  Admiral Schultz  expressed thanks to the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Ministry of Interior for its coordination, stressing the importance of joint security cooperation and regional stability.
