Manama : Yousif bin Abdulhussain Khalaf, Minister of Legal Affairs and Acting Labour Minister, received Vinod Kurian Jacob, Ambassador of India to Bahrain.
Khalaf underscored Bahrain’s commitment to strengthening relations with India across various sectors.
He highlighted Bahrain’s advanced labour legislation, which ensures workers’ rights, along with its business-friendly environment that fosters economic growth.
On his part, the ambassador commended the strong ties between the two countries and commended Bahrain’s progress and development across various sectors, particularly in fostering a safe working environment.
He noted that Bahrain’s labour laws align with international labour standards, reflecting the Kingdom’s commitment to best practices in the sector.
