Manama : In line with the royal directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Nawaf bin Mohammed Al Maawda, the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs, and Endowments Affairs, has announced the start of development of cemetery facilities in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Minister Al Maawda stated that the ministry is collaborating with relevant authorities to enhance the cemetery infrastructure.This includes the restoration of cemetery walls, rehabilitation of roads, organising pathways and parking spaces, provision of shading, and planting trees.
Minister Al Maawda noted that the ministry will coordinate with the Sunni and Jaafari Endowments Directorates to ensure continuous maintenance and cleanliness of the cemeteries, along with providing necessary security measures.
