New York : His Majesty King Abdullah II of Jordan met with Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al Hamad Al Sabah, the Crown Prince of Kuwait, on the sidelines of the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
The meeting discussed historical Jordan-Kuwait relations and enhancing cooperation in various sectors.
The two sides emphasised the importance of intensifying Arab efforts and coordinating with key international stakeholders.
They also discussed regional and international topics of mutual interest, particularly the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip, efforts to facilitate the flow of humanitarian aid, and addressing the ongoing escalation in the region.
