Manama : The fourth week event of ICRF Thirst Quenchers 2026 was held on Saturday 11 July 2026 at a worksite in Riffa.
The Indian Community Welfare Association – ICRF Bahrain continue its annual summer awareness program – Thirst Quenchers 2026. Aligning with the Ministry of Labour’s initiative to ensure a safe working environment during the sweltering summer months, ICRF Bahrain distributed water, juice, laban, orange, apple and banana at a worksite located in Riffa. This year the event is supported by the Ministry of Labour, LMRA and IOM. Around 460 workers took part in the event.
ICRF Chairman Adv. V K Thomas, General Secretary Aneesh Sreedharan, Advisors Dr Babu Ramachandran and Aruldas Thomas, Vice Chairman Pankaj Nallur, Joint Secretary Suresh Babu, Treasurer Uday Shanbhagh, Thirst Quenchers Coordinator Chemban Jalal, other ICRF officials, MJC Project Manager Amit Mathre and HSE Officer Rajesh Sadanand along with enthusiastic students have joined the distribution today.
As in previous years, the Bohra community and generous volunteers have shown strong support for this project.
