Manama : His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Bahrain Economic Development Board (Bahrain EDB), today issued Edict (2) of 2026 reconstituting the Board of Directors of Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company (Mumtalakat).
Article (I)
The Board of Directors of Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company (Mumtalakat) shall be reconstituted under the Chairmanship of His Excellency Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, with the following members:
1.The Minister of Cabinet Affairs
2.The Minister of Industry and Commerce
3.The Adviser for Political and Economic Affairs at the Court of the Crown Prince
4.The Chief Executive Officer of the Economic Development Board
5.The Chief Executive Officer of Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company (Mumtalakat)
6.Khalid Amro Al Rumaihi
7.Samer Majid Al Jishi
8.Elham Abdullah Hassan
The board members shall serve a four-year term.
Article (II)
This edict shall take effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
