Manama : His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, received, in the presence of HM the King’s Personal Representative, His Highness Shaikh Abdulla bin Hamad Al Khalifa, well-wishers from the Governorate of Muharraq, at the Al-Sakhir Palace today, as part of HM’s meetings with Bahraini citizens during the holy month of Ramadan.
The attendees extended utmost congratulations to HM the King on the holy month of Ramadan, wishing him abundant health, happiness and long life. They also wished the kingdom and its people further progress and prosperity, under HM the King’s leadership.

HM King Hamad welcomed the Muharraq Governorate’s well-wishers, and exchanged with them congratulations on the auspicious occasion.
HM the King stressed that Muharraq is a cherished city to everyone, noting that it will witness wide-ranging progress in the next few years as its citizens deserve all kinds of attention, expressing hope that all citizens hailing from the iconic city will return to it soon.
HM King Hamad appreciated the Muharraq citizens’ honourable patriotic stances towards the homeland, lauding their pioneering contributions to all fields of national action throughout the kingdom’s history.

HM the King stressed that the holy month of Ramadan is an opportunity to promote the lofty values of communication, love and harmony, through exchanging fraternal visits, noting that Bahrainis have always been known for their solidarity, coexistence and tolerance.
His Majesty recalled the major role played by the forefathers in building modern Bahrain, noting that the subsequent generations followed suit, and are engaged in developing the nation across various fields.
HM the King affirmed that Bahrain will remain robust with its national unity and rich civilisational heritage, adding that the kingdom will continue extending bridges of love and cooperation with all countries.

HM Kin Hamad valued highly all endeavours aimed at enhancing the kingdom’s status and progress, wishing Bahrain ever-lasting security, stability and prosperity.
The attendees extended deepest congratulations to HM the King on the occasion of the Silver Jubilee of HM’s Accession to the Throne. They expressed pride in the wide-ranging achievements attained by the kingdom under HM’s leadership.
They also expressed thanks and gratitude to His Majesty for his unwavering interest in the Muharraq Governorate, citing the royal keenness to meet the aspirations of the citizens of the iconic city, citing the housing projects, education institutions and modern health facilities enjoyed by the city thanks to HM’s directives.
Then, Dr. Fatima Al Balooshi, delivered a speech on behalf of the Muharraq Governorate’s citizens. She renewed allegiance and loyalty to HM the King. She also extended sincere congratulations to HM on the holy month of Ramadan, wishing His Majesty, the Royal Family and the loyal Bahraini people many happy returns of the blessed occasion.
She affirmed that the Muharraq citizens will continue serving the nation and its leadership in all fields, following in the footsteps of the forefathers and the subsequent generations.
Dr. Al Balooshi recalled the development strides made by Bahrain, as well as the distinguished regional and global status it has reached, over the past 25 years, under HM’s leadership.
She highlighted the contributions of Muharraq’s qualified competencies to all fields of national action, reflecting their loyalty to the leadership and patriotism.
She expressed the Muharraq citizens’ deep pride in the royal order to preserve the historical and cultural identity of the buildings and cities of Bahrain, revive the Isa Al Kabeer Palace, which will be one of the main headquarters of HM’s work, as well as revamp the well-known neighbourhoods in the city of Muharraq to pave the way for the return of its people, in honour of the kingdom’s national glory.
She also highlighted the kingdom’s achievements over the past 25 years in the economic, sustainable development, housing, health, education, human rights, security and environmental fields.
Dr. Al Balooshi also shed light on the strides made by Bahraini women over the past 25 years, thanks to the support of HM the King and the care of Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, wife of HM the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women.
She also expressed the Muharraq citizens’ pride in the major role played by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, in enhancing the kingdom’s progress, as reflected in the government’s projects and plans that have covered all fields.
She also praised the pivotal role played by the Supreme Council for Environment, led by HH Shaikh Abdulla bin Hamad, in launching advanced environmental projects.
Dr. Al Balooshi also expressed pride in the kingdom’s landmark sports achievements, gained thanks to the royal support, as well as the sound policies adopted by His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, HM the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS) Chairman, and His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, SCYS First Deputy Chairman, General Sports Authority Chairman and Bahrain Olympic Committee President.
She also valued highly the advanced levels reached by the Bahrain Defence Force, the National Guard and the Interior Ministry, expressing pride in their dedication to carrying out their patriotic duties. She also recalled the sacrifices made by Bahrain’s fallen servicemen who had lost their lives while valiantly defending the nation.
After that, Salman bin Isa bin Hindi Al Mannai, Muharraq Governor, extended heartfelt thanks, appreciation and gratitude to HM the King for the audience on the holy month of Ramadan, noting that the meeting affirms the royal appreciation for all Bahraini citizens.
He extended deepest congratulations to HM the King on the Silver Jubilee of HM’s Accession to the Throne, praising the royal directives to improve the services delivered to the citizens and residents.
The governor also extended sincere thanks to HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister for leading the efforts of the government and Team Bahrain towards more economic progress and prosperity through the kingdom’s future vision.
