Manama : His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa ratified and issued Law (40) of 2026 approving the Agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on cooperation and mutual administrative assistance in customs matters, based on a proposal by the Prime Minister and following the approval of the Cabinet.
The Agreement was signed in Brussels on June 26, 2026.
The Prime Minister and the Ministers, each within their capacity, shall implement the provisions of this Decree-Law, which takes effect from the following date of its issuance in the Official Gazette.
