Manama : His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Decree-Law (39) of 2026 amending Article (9) of the Municipalities Law issued by Decree-Law (35) of 2001, based on a proposal by the Prime Minister and following the approval of the Cabinet.
The Prime Minister and the Ministers, each within their capacity, shall implement the provisions of this Decree-Law, which takes effect from the following date of its issuance in the Official Gazette.
