Manama : His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Royal Decree (63) of 2025 appointing members of the Dispute Resolution Panels Of the Bahrain International Commercial Court (BICC), based on a proposal of the Prime Minister and the approval of the Cabinet.
The decree appointed the following as members of BICC:
1. Joan Donoghue.
2. Dr. Pinky Anand.
3. Judge Abdulrahman Al Sayed Mohammed Al Sayed Ahmed.
4. Judge Khalid Hassan Ali Ajaji.
5. Dr. Mohammed Salah Abdelwahab.
6. Aysha Abdullah Mohammed Mutaywea.
7. Chiann Bao.
8. Philippe Pinsolle.
The Prime Minister and the ministers, each in their capacity, shall implement this decree, which shall be effective from the date of its issuance and published in the Official Gazette.
