Manama : His Highness Lieutenant General Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Advisor and Commander of the Royal Guard, held a meeting with the United States Congress members Carol Miller and Jimmy Panetta.
The meeting was attended by Shaikh Abdullah bin Rashid Al Khalifa, Bahrain’s Ambassador to the US; Shaikh Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa, Deputy National Security Advisor; and Shaikh Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Strategic Security Bureau (SSB).
HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad emphasised the strong strategic relations between Bahrain and the US.
Congresswoman Miller expressed appreciation to HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad and commended the deep-rooted relations and the mutual cooperation between the two countries.
The meeting also explored means to enhance cooperation across various sectors and discussed topics of mutual interest.
