Manama : Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, received here today Paola Amadei, the outgoing Italian Ambassador to Bahrain.
The Foreign Minister commended the active diplomatic contributions made by Ambassador Amadei throughout her tenure in Bahrain, which contributed to enhancing cooperation between the two countries across various sectors. He wished her continued success in her future diplomatic assignments.
Ambassador Paola Amadei expressed appreciation to the Foreign Minister and all officials in the Kingdom of Bahrain for their continuous support and cooperation, which has facilitated the success of her mission. She wished the Kingdom of Bahrain further progress and prosperity.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs, Rami Saleh Wreikat Al Adwan, Jordanian Ambassador and Dean of the Diplomatic Corps, Ambassador Osama Abdulla Al Absi, the appointed Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Italy, Salah Mohammed Shehab, Chief of Protocol, and Ambassador Ahmed Ebrahim Al Qarainees, Chief of the European Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
