Paris : Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy and Chairman of Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company, met Roland Lescure, Minister of Economy, Finance, Industrial, Energy, and Digital Sovereignty of the French Republic, on the sidelines of his participation in the “Choose France” Summit hosted by France.
Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa highlighted the longstanding relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and France, which are based on strong cooperation and coordination across various domains, particularly in financial and economic areas. He noted the importance of further developing the existing partnership between the two countries and exchanging expertise and experience in line with shared goals and aspirations.
The meeting also reviewed financial and economic cooperation between the two countries and means to further enhance it, as well as recent regional and international economic developments and topics of mutual interest.
