Cairo : His Excellency Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, received Lieutenant-General Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the National Security Advisor and Royal Guard Commander.
His Highness conveyed the greetings His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman, the Crown Prince, and Prime Minister, to President El-Sisi, and their wishes to Egypt for further success and prosperity.
El Sisi welcomed the visit of HH Shaikh Nasser and emphasised the importance of enhancing cooperation between the two countries.
The President of Egypt commended the progress and development of Bahrain under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and affirmed the commitment to continue collaboration between the two nations.
President El Sisi and HH Lt. Gen. Shaikh Nasser reviewed the strong relations between Bahrain and Egypt, commending the advanced status of cooperation and joint efforts. His Highness commended the efforts of Egypt in supporting regional security and stability.
