Manama : Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Juma, Minister of Education, congratulated Al Hedaya Al Khalifia Secondary Boys School on winning the Khalid bin Hamad Schools Basketball Championship.
The Education Minister lauded the performance of Al Rawabi Private School, noting the strong competitiveness demonstrated throughout much of the final match.
He expressed appreciation for the sportsmanship and high morale shown by both teams during the final, including the enthusiastic support of student spectators who attended to back the teams.
Dr. Juma commended all participating school teams, and the efforts of the coaching, administrative, and technical staff whose contributions supported the success of the championship, which is set to continue in the coming years.
The Education Minister also highlighted the role of sponsors and supporters, noting their contribution to strengthening cooperation and partnership between the public and private sectors. The minister further commended the organising committee at the Ministry of Education, and the cooperation between the ministry, the General Sports Authority, and relevant clubs and federations.
