Bahrain has reported 26 new COVID-19 cases, of which 14 are among expatriate workers and 12 are contacts of active cases.
These new cases bring up the total cases in the kingdom to 9,164 and there are 4,397 active cases of which 8 are critical and the rest stable, according to the Ministry of Health.
There are currently 26 COVID-19 cases receiving treatment.
Bahrain has reported also 1 new death, taking the fatalities to 14.
MOH also reported 166 new recoveries from COVID-19, bringing the total recoveries in the country to 4,753.
Bahrain has so far conducted 282,667 COVID-19 tests for the early detection of the virus.
