Bahrain has reported 462 new cases of coronavirus, among 233 expatriate workers, 229 new cases are contacts of active cases, after conducting over 8,100 additional COVID-19 tests on Saturday.
The death toll stands at 78, as 5 new deaths were reported in the kingdom.
Meanwhile, 644 additional recoveries from COVID-19 were reported.

The total cases have driven to 25,267 of which 19,781 have recovered, which means that over 76 percent of the confirmed cases have recovered from the virus. Currently, there are 5,408 active cases.
Also, there are 78 COVID-19 cases receiving treatment, of which 42 are in a critical condition.
So far the country has conducted 529,242 tests, as per the government statics.
